Acne?

Well, well, well.. Acne, a common problem among girls and boys but it has never really been problem for me. I mean yeah, a few pimples here and there but the go away quickly. So today, i’m going to show you what your pimples mean and how to cure it.

On the Forehead:
Breakouts on the forehead are caused by the lack of sleep. So make sure you get at lest 7 hours of sleep each night!

Above your Brow:
This area is affected by your immune system. These tend to pop up during, before or, after a cold. Slow down for a couple of days, drink plenty of water, and eat immune-boosting foods.

Between Brows:
Breakouts here can be caused by eating unhealthy foods or an allergy. Cutting back on your sugar and dairy intake can clear up your skin!

Cheeks:
Your cheeks are linked to your respiratory system. So exposure to smoking, (secondhand or firsthand) and breathing in polluted air.

Side of your Chin:
The side of your chin is affected by hormone imbalance.. *Hint Hint* (PUBERTY)

Upper Lip:
This area can be irritated by eating greasy foods or sensitivity to certain chapsticks.

And on the Nose:
Those pimples are mostly caused by just touching your face. Avoid salt and don’t touch your pimple(s) to help them go away.
