20 Tips On Being Healthy

Hey guys welcome back. So for me it is Monday night and I am scheduling this so I can really focus on schoolwork tomorrow because I have a lot of tests coming up this week.

But, because one of  my goals for the year is to be healthier, I thought I’d share 20 ways you can maintain good health.

  1. Get plenty of sleep
  2. Drink enough water
  3. Exercise regularly
  4. Eat good foods
  5. Know your limits and boundaries
  6. Maintain good friendships
  7. Set goals
  8. Be positive
  9. Control stress, anger, and anxiety
  10. Have good hygiene
  11. Live in the moment
  12. Ask for help when needed
  13. Spend more time with people you are close with
  14. Have self control
  15. Listen to your body
  16. Make time for yourself
  17. Get outside more often
  18. Work hard
  19. Be spontaneous
  20. Do what makes you happy
