Hey guys welcome back. So I have made a mistake. A really dumb mistake. I have been feeling sick for 2 days now and, despite everything going on at school this week, I didn’t go today. I feel so stupid.
I basically got up, got completely ready, and 10 minutes before my bus came, decided not to go. I went back to bed and got up four hours later. I have been laying around all day doing nothing.
Now, this wouldn’t be so bad, but tomorrow I have 2 tests and an essay. On Friday I have another test, AND I missed concert rehearsal for my orchestra class. I am dead. I am so dead. I think i’ll be okay for my math test but for Spanish, I barley know anything. And, in English, we’ve been writing the essay in class all week. So I missed the last two paragraphs today and I can’t even do it on my own because our teacher COLLECTED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am freaking out and I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I messed up. I should’ve just gone today and dealt with not feeling good. I have just ruined it. This is another reason I miss elementary school. If you miss one day of middle school, it’s like the equivalent of missing a week of elementary school, I swear.
I’m still not caught up from the last time I was out. I don’t know how i’m gonna get out of this. If you have any advice other than to study my butt off tonight, please let me know cause I could really use it. Thank you for reading and sorry about the rant-like post but I am so stressed right now. Have a great rest of your day or night.

Glad i’m not the only one whos stressed but being stressed is horrible! I’ve made sure I’m having enough sleep and drinking a lot of water it has helped me So much so that should help you! Also eating 3 times a day at good times help! As before Xmas i made myself ill from stress so I’m trying to learn how to calm it down haha! Hope this helps xx

Yeah its horrible being stressed and people don’t talk about it enough I think! Yes have some water it helps so much!! especially when its nice and cold! x

Breathe in, Breathe out Dani. You’ve got this! First, be kind to yourself….are you still not feeling well? Why don’t you visit the doctor and see what he says. While you’re there, you could ask for a sick note and have your mother call the school to grant you an excused absence. That way you can recover stress, free and also have your tests and assignments rescheduled (since your absence would be excused). What do you say?

I hope your feeling better by now. I know it’s probably a bit late now but I’d sau studying would be the best thing. Don’t stress over your English essay though, its not your fault you can’t do it because the teacher collected it in and I’m sure your teachers won’t mind if you don’t do so well with your tests, no one can be expected to get top marks when they’ve been feeling ill. 🙂

Aw I hate when that happens! Maybe your English teacher will give you the chance to take it home since she knows you missed class! I really hope you feel better. Remember that stressing doesn’t help the situation!
